Have to take a long walk to a tower that isn't much. You can see almost everything from the road.

Website claims it would be open 10 til 4 we went along at 12 but it was closed very disappointed.

Really beautiful castle ruin, short walk to the castle from a car park just off the road. Quite a steep incline, but the path is flat and easy to walk on.

This castle (partly a ruin) is located on a walking route from Dolwyddelan. There is a beautiful waterfall nearby. There is a small exhibition. Beautiful views over Snowdonia from the castle. However, don't expect the castle experiences like Caernarfon or Beaumaris.
